1. Payment Terms:

1. The $99.00 logo design package must be paid in full before work begins (a total of $99.00 plus applicable taxes).
2. All other logo design (and corporate identity) packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance and any applicable taxes are due upon receipt for final logo designs.
3. Prices shown on this site reflect charges for design and/or revision at the time of creation. Subsequent revisions, modifications and changes to logo or corporate identity designs other than those included in the design packages shown are charged per item or billed by the hour. Prices for this work will be disclosed in writing prior to work being performed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance and any applicable taxes are due upon completion of work.
4. Work outside of the description and scope of the packages and options shown is welcomed. Depending upon the size of the project and work to be performed, alternative payment plans may be available. When agreed on by Alisa Brown Designs and its client, written documentation of the terms and payment schedule will be provided and must be signed by each party prior to work beginning.

2. Design Terms:

1. Upon receipt of your order form and when initial payment has cleared,
   design of your logo will begin. Your new logo designs will be sent to you via email for review. First drafts are usually ready in 72 hours. Revisions are available in 48 to 72 hours. After your final approval, your new logo will be delivered to you in multiple formats upon receipt of your final payment.
2. Work not conforming to the packages shown will be considered “custom.”
   Alisa Brown Designs will discuss your needs and prepare a written estimate for you. Upon approval of the estimate and receipt of the required deposit, work will begin.
3. Formats used to provide your final design to you are:
   Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop: Recognized by most vector based software packages; allows for easy image editing and sizing.
   EPS: Required by most traditional printshops for letterhead and business card reproduction. Also used by signmakers to resize without loss of resolution.
   TIF: Used for most word processing and publishing software.
   JPG: Used for on screen applications, such as web or PowerPoint, and is adequate for printing.
   GIF: Used for word processing applications.
4. The color format in which your logo design will be provided is CMYK. This is the format used for offset printing purposes. CMYK colors are Convertible to RGB colors, which are known as screen colors. RGB colors work best for web sites, as they are not accurate when printed.
5. Grayscale (black and white) versions of your logo will be included when final designs are furnished. These versions are useful for advertising purposes and inclusion on checks and business forms.
6. Upon receipt of final payment, files of your approved logo design will be mailed to you on CD-ROM.

3. General Terms and Conditions:

1. Alisa Brown Designs retains the right to use any and all materials created display and marketing (portfolio) purposes.
2. Upon receipt of final payment, you own the final design version of the logo created. You may trademark, register or copyright your logo with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on the internet at: http://www.uspto.gov/menu/tm.html
3. Failure to respond to logo design drafts or revisions within 30 days of receipt will result in termination of work and forfeiture of deposit.
4. Failure to make final payment within 30 days of design approval will result in termination of work and forfeiture of deposit.
